I work almost entirely in recycled and repurposed materials.

This series of twined baskets resulted from experiments using as many diverse materials as possible.

All were based on unusual re-purposed materials arising from dismantling various objects and clothing, including cogs from a printer, metal nuts, bra strap adjusters, a wooden curtain ring and plastic ketchup bottle stands.

The baskets also contain polypropylene washing line, old telephone wire, paper twine, various cables (including some with the connection ends) and sisal string.
