These four framed textiles were the result of my visits to the volcanic regions of the Galapagos Islands, to Iceland and to New Zealand.

My impressions and visions have been merged, to form these four pieces.

The fabrics were hand dyed before being embroidered and appliquéd.

Fire Lands

Fresh plant growth emerging from newly solidified lava.

Coloured rocks from within the shaft of an extinct volcano.
